  • Epsom salt
  • Himalayan salt
  • Dried rose petals
  • Dried lavender

How to Make a Homemade Bath Soak

Add the Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, rose petals, and lavender to a bowl. Stir till combined.

Place the bath soak in a glass jar or reusable tea bags (if you don’t want it loose in the bath). Use 1/4 cup of bath soak for each bath.
